AARMS can provide training for banks and other financial service providers on how to understand all the complex risks threatening the agriculture-related enterprise, and how comprehensive risk assessment and prioritization and development of risk management planning and education can reduce the risks of lending to farmers/operators of these enterprises. AARMS can also develop risk scoring tools for use in lending in specific agricultural value chains.

AARMS uses formal and informal, primary and/or secondary sources of information to assess and prioritize all the risks affecting the business success of the targeted farmer(s) or other agriculture-related enterprise. AARMS can also train the client to do this assessment and prioritization, and can develop or train the client to develop a customized risk management plan based on this assessment and prioritization of risks.
